Your account
isn't your profile.

Your public musician, band, or venue page can exist before you join. Your Helena Live account is how we confirm who can manage it. One login can manage multiple approved profiles.

    Choose the musician, band and group, or venue directory below, then look for your profile.

    Claim this profile

    Open the profile and select “Claim This Profile.” Sign in or create an account if prompted.

    Tell us who you are

    Share your relationship to the profile and information we can use to verify it.

    We review your request

    Claims are reviewed before access is granted. No one receives editing rights just by signing up.

  5. 05

    Make it yours

    Once approved, use Profile Studio to maintain the information you're authorized to edit.

Helena Live can keep shows current from approved official sources, including supported venue and organization calendars. If you manage a profile, help us find your official event information. Your approved corrections take priority over later automated updates.

A claimed musician or group profile can showcase your work and, when you opt in, help people contact you about weddings, ceremonies, private events, or live performances. You control whether to advertise booking availability. Helena Live connects people—it isn't a booking agency or payment service.

Does claiming cost anything?

Claiming and managing a basic Helena Live profile is free.

Why is there already a page for me?

Helena Live may create basic public profiles from verified information to connect local performers, venues, and shows. A public page does not mean its subject has joined or endorsed Helena Live.

Can someone else edit my page?

Only people granted permission after review can manage a profile. Groups may have multiple approved managers.

I play in more than one band. Do I need separate accounts?

No. One account can be linked to several profiles when the appropriate permissions are approved.

Do I have to enter all my gigs myself?

No. Helena Live can refresh listings from approved official sources when supported. You can also help us identify a source or flag corrections.

What if something is wrong or I want a page removed?

Claim a profile to manage eligible fields. A separate correction or removal request form is not available yet.
